...for our first ever Yoga with Charlotte Swann weekend retreat at the beautiful Rhosygilwen Mansion, deep in the heart of Pembrokeshire.
This is a 3 night stay at the beautifully appointed mansion, which regularly holds weekend retreats and is set in acres of well tended gardens, including a large walled garden, a restored Victorian glasshouse and an aboretum. All of which guests are free to roam and from which the in-house chef Guy Morris produces stunning plant-based meals.
Accommodation is within the mansion itself and within the 4 courtyard rooms connected to the mansion. There are 8 double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one suite with a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and adjoining twin room.

Prices for the weekend are as follows:
Double bedroom ensuite bathroom single occupancy: £600 per person
Double bedroom ensuite bathroom shared occupancy: £435 per person
Double bedroom shared bathroom single occupancy: £540 per person
Double bedroom shared bathroom & shared occupancy: £375 per person
Twin bedroom ensuite bathroom shared occupancy: £435 per person
Suite: Double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, with twin room attached: Prices vary depending on number of occupants. Please get in touch with me if you're interested in booking this suite.

All meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 evenings meals)
Teas and coffees - unlimited and available throughout the day
All yoga sessions
The Orangery, where we will have our seasonal and organic plant-based meals

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra late evening.
Saturday 29th June:
Early morning Yoga Flow
Breakfast
Creative yoga practice including elements such as journalling and meditation (out in the beautiful gardens if the weather permits)
Lunch and a free afternoon to do as little or as much as you want. Option for us to take a picnic lunch to take to the beach for the afternoon.
Dinner in the early evening

Sunday 30th June:
Early morning Yoga Flow
Breakfast
Creative yoga practice including elements such as journalling and meditation (out in the beautiful gardens if the weather permits)
Lunch and a free afternoon to do as little or as much as you want. Option for us to a picnic lunch to take to the beach for the afternoon.

If you make the second payment and discover you are no longer able to attend I will do my best to fill your spot. If I do find someone to take your place on the retreat I will refund you your second payment.
