"Charlotte’s classes are dynamic, challenging, vital, energising yet so calming and peaceful. Every class is different and is suitable for people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes, ages, male or female. Nobody is under pressure to ‘perform’ or to attain every posture indeed Charlotte always suggests alternatives and adaptions to the postures and encourages everyone to work at their own level.

Charlotte gives clear instructions and demonstrates the postures step by step. Her manner makes you feel comfortable and able to try and often attain a posture you would have considered beyond your ability. She has a very soothing, calming voice and manner which enhances both meditation and relaxation leaving you feeling incredibly peaceful but also alert, focused and full of vital energy.

I have enjoyed every class with Charlotte and feel so much better, my strength, especially core strength has improved tremendously. I am fitter, more flexible, my posture is better and even my balance has improved significantly, I was absolutely hopeless with balance! I am much more relaxed and find that I now sleep both easier and deeper. Charlotte you are amazing and have changed my life thank you so much."
